Preparing Youth for Success Beyond the Game
Rise League Pathways Program
Why This Program Matters
Many young people lack early access to financial education, professional mentorship, and career exploration opportunities. Without this exposure, it can be difficult to make informed decisions about the future.
The Leadership & Career Development Program exists to bridge that gap by introducing participants to real-world concepts, industries, and role models that help expand their understanding of what’s possible.
Early Exposure Changes Outcomes
When youth are exposed to career pathways, financial concepts, and professional environments at a young age, they are better equipped to set goals and make confident decisions. Early exposure helps participants see opportunities beyond what they already know and imagine futures they may not have considered.
Access Creates Confidence
Confidence is built through knowledge and experience. By providing access to mentors, speakers, and real-world learning, this program helps youth feel more comfortable asking questions, engaging in conversations, and navigating professional spaces with confidence.
Program Focus Areas
Participants gain exposure to essential life and career skills that extend beyond athletics. These focus areas are designed to prepare youth with the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate future opportunities.
